Principal Scientist
Dr. Sanjay Wagh has an extensive experience of 40 years in designing innovative synthetic routes for organic molecules. He has synthesized close to 5000 molecules for Drug Discovery programs.
Two of his patents have been granted, one is in the process of granting and one patent has been filed. He is the author of more than 25 peer-reviewed publications.

Dr Sanjay Wagh has vast experience with –
Catalytic Hydrogenation, Nitration, Friedel Craft’s alkylation and acylation, anthraquinone chemistry, and heterocyclic chemistry.
• Consultant to “Fine Corporation” Tokyo, Japan for last 5 years.
• Established an API manufacturing facility (75 kl capacity) right from EC-CTE-CTO level
• Licenses: Environmental Clearance (EC), CTE (Pollution control Board), CTO(PCB), Marine disposal permit, Methanol License etc.
• Plant Erection: Complete erection of a plant of 110KL capacity with GLR, SSR, ANFD, CNF, RCVD, Scrubbers, MEE, ETP, Utilities.
• Successfully produced High Value Solvent Dyes and exported to Japan (Price range $130 to $400/kg) in Bulk quantities. (Export last 3 years’ worth 90 Cr to Japan)
• Exported intermediates for electronic applications to Japan with stringent Trace Metal Specs.
• Successfully developed products 100% Import substitutions to China competing with China price at MT level. ( Intermediates/APIs)
• Experience in developing and successfully implementing industrial scale Catalytic Hydrogenation reactions using Nickel & Palladium Catalysts.
• Experience of Business development in Japan for 20 Years.
• Currently handling API & API Intermediates projects of worth Rs. 200 Crores
